Community Integration/Community Based Day Services

At Regal Success Day Services, we understand the importance of being productively involved in your community in order to foster a sense of belonging and purpose. Our cornerstone service, Community Based Day Services, is continually evolving our program to accommodate the vast skills and needs of our participants to promote independence, self-advocacy, community integration, self-discovery, career exploration, and social skills development.

We are committed to providing each individual we serve with opportunities to choose activities that align with their unique interests, enhancing their self-worth, dignity, and positive decision-making. We believe in the power of growth through experience, exploration, and preparation.

We believe getting involved in the community develops confidence and a sense of pride. Our Community-Based Day Program which includes Community Integration does just that by getting our participants the training and exposure they need to develop confidence, responsibility, accountability, work, and social skills. Regal Success Day Services provides a customized community based program that is built on personal choice, community, self- discovery, career development options thru our Paid Internship Program (PIP) and supported employment program (coming soon). Other services also include socialization activities in the community. Our goal is to maximize self esteem and good decision making skills.

Some of the activities we provide include but are not limited to:

Our program is primarily in the community and geared towards obtaining work opportunities and maximizing independence. Working as a team allows our staff and job coaches to support all our participants with their work and social endeavors while minimizing the stress of these potentially overwhelming tasks. Our assessment process covers things such as personal choice, strengths, weaknesses, services, and expectations to find the best fit.

Regal Success Day Services paid internship is a great way to get applicable work experience and develop your skills that are required to succeed in the workplace.

Employment Services:

The Paid internship program is a great way to gain work experience and develop new skills required to succeed at an individual job. Based on the Regal Success Day Services community networks we will search for an ideal work experience within our local business community.
